Clary sage oil is extracted from sage, commonly known as clear eyes. The plant is mainly distributed in southern Europe. It can grow up to three feet tall, with white flowers growing on its leaves. The Russians grow this plant to obtain precious oil. Jamaica still uses it to treat eye ulcers and inflammation, so it is also called the Eye of Christ. Clary sage helps to relax, soothe and balance. This oil is non-toxic in nature, but if used in large amounts it can cause migraines
